:(

CD1 strikes again.  Depressed as usual.  P+7 blood work was stellar as usual.  Progesterone: 78.1 estradiol: 25.1.  What a shame to waste such good numbers.  Oh, and I made the mistake of asking Dr. H if the one cup of coffee I have every day really makes a difference, and he said yes, I need to give it up.  Gosh!  IF controls every freaking aspect of my life, and I can't even enjoy a simple cup of coffee.

Not much else to say.  Please pray that I get out of this funk.

  1. Oh I am so sorry! Why can't CD1 visit women who WANT to see it? :(

Prayers. Many prayers. And hugs. Big hugs.

  2. So sorry. :( CD1 is never a welcome visitor!! And he might be right about the caffeine, the cycle that I gave it up completely was the one I conceived. I heard it slows down your eggs or something like that. Maybe decaf would be okay? Not the same, though, I know.

  3. Booo CD1! It's so hard when IF controls so much. It's crazy to me how something small like coffee can make such a difference for one person while others drink/smoke etc. and don't have any issues. Have a nice glass of wine, that's what I treat myself to on CD1!

  6. Wow! I can't get my progesterone up that high!!!
I'm so, so sorry about CD1 showing up. Its unbelievable that a cup of coffee / caffeine does affect things. (I've been "slacking" in the diet department myself.) Prayers for a new perfect cycle ahead and for you - because CD1 just plain sucks.

  8. BOO CD1!! I am sorry. I gave up caffeine for over 9 months....I have one or two cups/week now but every time I do I always feel guilty. :(

Your progesterone levels are FANTASTIC. That has to be a good sign. I am happy when mine are above 12!
